Refund policy

At Southpac Trucks, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a reliable, fair, and straightforward returns process.

Refunds on Defective Items Only

We offer refunds only for items that are faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
To request a refund assessment, please contact our Parts Team at parts@spt.co.nz with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or supporting evidence, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will advise whether the item qualifies for a refund or replacement.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, exchange or return requests may be considered at our discretion.
Any approved returns for non-defective items may incur a restocking fee.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For all returns (unless the item is confirmed defective), shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as the item remains your responsibility until received by us.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will contact you to confirm the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
