Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 3:00pm NZST are typically shipped same day from our Auckland distribution centre.
Orders placed after 3:00pm will be shipped the next business day.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates within New Zealand are as follows:

  • Upper North Island:
    Overnight delivery for most items.

  • Rest of North Island & South Island:
    2–3 business days for standard delivery.

Please note: Rural addresses may require an additional 1–3 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, peak trading periods, or factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Oversized or heavy items may incur additional charges, which will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
You can use this link to follow your order’s progress at any time.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@spt.co.nz with:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking number

  • Photos (for damaged items)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Risk of Loss

Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier.
Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accurate.
