Shipping policy

Fast, simple NZ-wide delivery with clear pricing. Most orders are dispatched from our Auckland distribution centre, with tracking sent as soon as your order is on the way.

$10 standard shipping
For orders under $99 after discounts.

Free over $99
Free standard shipping on qualifying New Zealand orders.

Rural +$5
A $5 rural surcharge applies to rural deliveries.

Shipping rates

  • Orders under $99 after discounts: $10 standard shipping.
  • Orders of $99 or more after discounts: free standard shipping.
  • Rural delivery: an additional $5 rural surcharge applies.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch times

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm NZ time are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm are typically dispatched the next business day.

Most orders are dispatched from our Auckland distribution centre. Depending on stock availability, an order may occasionally be supplied from another Southpac Trucks branch or in more than one parcel.

Estimated delivery times

  • Upper North Island urban addresses: usually next business day after dispatch.
  • Rest of the North Island and South Island: usually 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Rural addresses: allow an additional 1–3 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Courier delays, severe weather, peak periods and other events outside normal operations can affect delivery times.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

If your order is split into more than one parcel, you may receive more than one tracking link.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact shop@spt.co.nz with your order number and tracking details.

For damaged deliveries, photos of the packaging and item are helpful.

We remain responsible for getting your order to you.

If there is a delivery problem, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it. This policy does not limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

New Zealand delivery only

Our online store currently ships to New Zealand delivery addresses only.

We do not currently offer direct international shipping.

Click & Collect / branch pickup

Click & Collect is not currently offered as a standard checkout option.

In some cases, collection from a Southpac Trucks branch may be arranged by request. If you need to collect an order, email shop@spt.co.nz before placing your order and we’ll confirm what is possible.
